Rachel

Hi I’m Rachel,

the salon owner. I have been hairdressing for 15+ years and have always worked in the local area throughout my career. I have always had a great passion for hair from a very young age and love doing all aspects of colouring and cutting. I have also gained extra qualifications with various courses I’ve been on, to keep up to date with trends.
I work full time in the salon, Tuesday - Saturday.

Emma

Hi I’m Emma,
I have 15+ years experience in the beauty industry.
My passion is nails, I offer Bio Sculpture Gel Nails and have been trained with them for 9 years.
You’ll find me here at R Studio Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday.
I have worked alongside Rachel for several years now and I absolutely love that she has been able to make her dreams come true by opening up her own salon.

Hettie

Hi my name is Hettie,
I have 10+ years experience within the hairdressing industry. I am NVQ level 2&3 hairdressing qualified and have also achieved my Toni and Guy Vardering qualification.
I pride myself on offering an excellent service with professional and personal hair care advice.
I have been good friends with Rachel for over 8 years now and working alongside her is a pleasure.
I am over the moon to be apart of Rachel’s dream, and look forward to the future at R Studio.

Abbie

Hi I’m Abbie, I am currently finishing off my apprenticeship here at R Studio. I have worked in hair salons previously and have already gained experience. I’m a very outgoing and bubbly person and I am looking forward to growing with the salon and everyone I meet along my journey here at R Studio. I work in the salon full time, with me having one day a week at college.

Who Are We?

The R Studio team prides itself on setting high standards in hairdressing, nails and customer care.

From new cutting and colouring techniques to the latest professional products, the team receives continual up to date training to ensure that they are always coming up with creative innovative ideas for your hair.

We also offer Bio Sculpture Gel nails here in the salon. There's something for everyone!

I opened the doors to the salon June 2019 since opening we have had positive feedback and like to maintain a good reputation for excellence.

Our highly skilled Team works hard to ensure that every client enjoys a positive Salon experience.

Client consultation plays a major role in our service, selecting the style, cut, colour and treatment that’s tailored just for you and looks as good between visits to the salon as it does when you leave us.

Hair

Joico is our main supplier of hair products. We use the shampoo, conditioner, treatments and also we use their colour range.

As well as Joico we have a range in for hair called Magi hair colour and Shed styling range which is a vegan friendly, certified by the PETA regulations. It is a dynamic and alternative approach to professional products for the treatment, styling and hair colour. We are proud to stock Joico and Shed products in our Salon.

With over 25 years experience, we are confident in the products we use daily on our clients.
